Finland has been ranked the world’s happiest country for the fifth year in a row

Compared to other countries in the top 10, Finland scored “much higher” in the Sustainable Development Solutions Network’s 10th World Happiness Report.

The ranking includes factors such as GDP per capita and social assistance, as well as how a country’s residents perceive their freedom to make life decisions and kindness.

Gallup World Poll results from 2019 to 2021 are used to determine the countries’ positions.

The top ten countries are listed below.

1. Finland

2. Denmark

3. Iceland

4. Switzerland

5. The Netherlands

6. Luxembourg

7. Sweden

8. Norway

9. Israel

10. New Zealand

At No. 15, the United States, at No. 16, and at No. 17, the United Kingdom, all three countries were ranked in the top twenty nations.

The most recent version of the list was completed prior to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
